Josh Berry thought he was destined to be a career short-track racer. Instead, the sophomore driver is a Cup Series winner at Las Vegas.

Berry not only became the fourth driver to earn their first career Cup Series win with the Wood Brothers organization but also became the first past champion in the NASCAR Weekly Series to win at the top level of NASCAR. Berry becomes just the third driver to lock himself into the NASCAR Playoffs after five events of the 2025 calendar.
