Phoenix officials confirmed that a demolition permit request for the Mystery Castle was denied on November 22, 2023, and the property has been in a one-year stay of demolition.

Rocky Mountain National Park's Trail Ridge Road will remain closed for Memorial Day weekend due to weather conditions. The park has not announced an estimated 2025 opening date for Trail Ridge Road.

Swan Mountain Road, which runs along the southeast side of the Dillon Reservoir and connects U.S. Highway 6 to Colorado Highway 9, will close from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday for preconstruction work.
