A UPS facility near Stroudsburg in Monroe County will close. The facility in Stroud Township, along with locations in Harrisburg and New Kensington, will shutter, according to a UPS spokesperson.

Greene County has shuttered the Ruckersville Volunteer Fire Company, saying only that an outside agency has been brought on to look into claims against it.

The fire started at the Best Friends Veterinary Clinic along the 1000 block of Old Route 115 in Ross Township around 4:30 a.m., according to county dispatchers.
