An investigation into a report of a sexual assault has led to the arrest of a Davenport man for allegedly sexually abusnig a child for three years.

According to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, the Davenport Police Department requested assistance following the shooting on May 12. The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is also assisting.
