The stock of usable water in Mumbai’s supply lakes has increased to more than 43% of their total capacity, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) data showed on Wednesday.
The water levels in Mumbai’s seven lakes stood at close to 30% on Monday as of 6 a.m. These lakes play a crucial role in providing drinking water to the residents of Mumbai.
