Heightened efforts to deport immigrants in the United States illegally has prompted some here originally from Mexico to prepare for a possible return to the country.

A Guatemalan national who says he was wrongfully deported to Mexico is back in the United States, his legal team told CNN, in what appears to mark the first time the Trump administration has brought back a migrant after a judge ordered the administration to facilitate their return.

The Trump administration has complied with a judge's order to bring back a man, identified as O.C.G., from Mexico on Wednesday.
