MARTINSVILLE, Va. – Meadow View Elementary School will continue operating virtually for another two weeks due to two staff members testing positive for coronavirus.

Meadow View Elementary will open its doors to ADM second, third and fourth grade students for the first day of school on Monday, Aug. 30.

On Monday, Sept. 14, the ADM Board of Education voted to approve the name Meadow View Elementary as the name of the new elementary building being constructed in Adel.

The school is Meadow View Elementary School on Figsboro Road in Martinsville. The superintendent says the school will have up to 700 students from pre-K through fifth grade.
