HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Hartford is taking it back to the 90′s. “90′s Con” is back at the Connecticut Convention Center. Festivities began at 4 pm today and it has been a blast from the past.

That included one hotel with 300 to 500 rooms near the convention center and the rest within one-mile of the venue. The construction, the study recommended, should take place over 15 years.
