The Mandarin Oriental, Miami is closing on May 31, 2025, after 25 years in business. The hotel will be demolished and redeveloped as a new luxury property with two towers.

The Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key will close May 31, 2025. When it reopens in 2030, the resort will have a different look and vibe, catering more to long-term stays.

Warne said the 162-suite boutique Mandarin Oriental hotel will have a "soft opening" by year's end, and guests soon will be able to enjoy two rooftop pools and a rooftop restaurant.
