The University of Maine was sent to Allentown for the NCAA men’s hockey tournament, approximately 550 miles from Orono. Of course, a lot of Black Bears fans still made the trip.

Black Bears: 5-5, averaging 53.1 points, 26.8 rebounds, 12.8 assists, 7.2 steals and 1.2 blocks per game while shooting 38.2% from the field. Their opponents have averaged 56.6 points.

The Black Bears are 9-7 against America East opponents and 5-8 in non-conference play. Maine is fifth in the America East scoring 58.7 points while shooting 41.4% from the field.
