According to charges filed on Tuesday, the naked man was found sitting in the Senate president's chair and apparently had wedged open an exterior door earlier in the day to gain access inside the Minnesota State Capitol at night.

Prosecutors say Dominic Peace used a wooden wedge to prop open a door inside the State Capitol when the building was open, then returned later that night.
