To Live or Die in Los Santos is a GTA 5 Secret Achievement. It is an achievement/trophy that you can easily acquire while playing the games campaign normally.

Go to Los Santos International Airport at the South West of the map. From the terminal entrance go down a flight of stairs and out onto the runways. Grab one of the light planes and take off.
