Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag recently filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles and blamed them for the increasing damage caused by the Palisades fire which destroyed their home. The Hills stars are among the celebrities who weren’t lucky when it came to the survival of their home amidst the devastating fires.
