Little Rock city board members met Tuesday night to plan for their Nov. 21 meeting, when they’re expected to vote on an ordinance to allow downtown developers to aim higher.

At its core is Ottenheimer Hall, which houses an indoor market that has since become a symbol of Little Rock's resurgence. Today, the River Market District is more than just a destination.

Little Rock dropped 15 spots to No. 102 in U.S. News & World report's latest rankings of the best places to live out of the country's 150 most-populous metropolitan areas.
