Truman Simons, the longtime law enforcement officer credited with solving the 1982 Lake Waco triple murders, died Saturday night at his home. He was 78.

Tucsonan Ed Cyran, a longtime lawman, has died at age 81. He passed away March 7. Cyran worked as an investigator for the Pima County Attorney's Office for 13 years.
