LAS VEGAS – Social media posts mistakenly identified a law enforcement-themed Las Vegas ice cream truck as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement vehicle, leading its owner to fear for his safety.

He drew a badge proclaiming “ICE CREAM PATROL” on the driver’s side of the van and wrote “LVICP” — standing for Las Vegas Ice Cream Patrol — on the front and back of the vehicle.
