Miss Florida, who just earned her master's in health administration, was a former cheerleader at this major state program.

Noelle, a native of Clermont, is a recent graduate of Lake Mineola High School and is enrolled at Lake Sumter State College, where she will receive her associate degree this summer.

In 2021, Seminole State College, Lake Sumter State College and St. Petersburg College were added to the program.
