Open the phone's settings and tap on Apps and Notifications, followed by App Info. On the App Info page, click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen and tap on Show System.

Most every phone also has a voice memo recorder; LG goes way beyond that. There is a simple voice mode, but the recorder can also save in FLAC, WAV and 3GP formats at sample rates of up to 24/96.
