Kim Kardashian stunned fans and sparked conversation by turning her broken foot into a fashion moment, debuting a high heel-shaped cast that’s already being hailed as the next big trend.

Kim’s casting in All’s Fair didn’t come out of nowhere. The project was announced on The Kardashians in 2024 when Ryan pitched the idea directly to Kim and her mom Kris Jenner.
