Of course, I’m not here to argue that “The Karate Kid” remake is some perfect movie; it’s got a lot of flaws. For starters, it’s ludicrously long, clocking in at almost two and a half hours.

I love the entire Karate Kid franchise, but when it comes to the best movie in the series, I'm going with the 2010 movie starring Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan.
