Joe Self Jr. was the victor in the City Council runoff race for the District 2 seat Saturday evening, according to final unofficial results from Tom Green County election officials.

KEARNEY— District A-2 belongs to Kearney. At their home track, the Kearney High boys and girls took first place, the girls with 192 points and the boys with 172.5 points.
