Two constitutional amendments were on the ballot in Kentucky this November, including Amendment 1 which bars non-U.S. citizens from voting in elections.

In previous years, early voting numbers for the first day were substantially lower compared to Thursday's numbers, with about 57,000 in 2020 and around 82,000 in 2022, Adams posted.
