The building is expected to be completed by summer 2024. The Kellen Building is the first major Mayo Clinic building project completed in Rochester since the clinic opened the Gonda Building in 2001.

The new 11-story Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Building research center in downtown Rochester is ready for scientists to start moving in. About 75% of the research will focus on cancer treatments.
