EASTON, Pa. - A man who shot and killed a teen at pointblank range when he was 14 is trying to appeal his latest re-sentencing, but a Northampton County judge is recommending the appeal be tossed.

Kevin Hunter, 54, will serve no additional prison time but will be handed over to immigration officials for deportation proceedings, according to federal court records.
