Pita pockets stay fresh in a zip-top bag for up to 2 days. Assemble fresh to avoid soggy pitas. Great for on-the-go lunches or picnic baskets.

Turn each pita, and brush the tops with the remaining olive oil. Continue baking for 10 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a patty registers 135 degrees.
