Each July 10, Shanara Mobley cuts a slice of cake for herself and then cut a piece for her missing child, Kamiyah. She’d wrap Kamiyah’s piece and place it in the freezer just in case.

Mobley said her daughter, like Williams, has made a mockery of her life. She said she was at the point of calling her daughter Alexis too because Kamiyah, as far as she was concerned, never came back.
