SADSBURY TWP., Pa. - It was a frightening scene on a Chester County highway Thursday, as a tractor trailer hung off a bridge, its back wheels keeping it from completely toppling over.

The Sixth Street bridge was shut down for the second night in a row Saturday after reports of street takeovers and fights, according to police.
