Late Friday night, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation shared details in a shooting involving Kansas City, Kansas, police officers that left one suspect dead and multiple businesses damaged.

KCKPD did not immediately explain the circumstances of the shooting, but police said a suspect was taken to an area hospital.
