Mel Gibson’s ‘The Resurrection of the Christ,’ a sequel to ‘The Passion of the Christ,’ will release in two parts in 2027 via Lionsgate.

"Part One" will hit theaters on Good Friday, March 26, 2027 and Part Two will arrive on Ascension Day, May 6, 2027.
