TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa City Council member Gwendolyn Henderson has died, the city of Tampa confirmed on Tuesday. She was 60 years old.

Incumbent Kyle McAlister and Miguel Espinoza were the top two vote-getters in the May 3 general election for Abilene City Council Place 5.

On Friday, Quad Cities River Bandits pitcher Frank Mozzicato was given his 2023 Rawling Gold Glove Award in a pre-game ceremony at Modern Woodmen Park.
