JCP&L has acknolwedged the mistake and offered Regina a bill adjustment credit of nearly $6,300. But that credit only covers the last six years, and JCP&L says that's all Regina can expect to get.

JCP&L said it wanted to pump $935 million into its electric infrastructure across service area in New Jersey, including Monmouth and Ocean counties, an amount that was later reduced to $930.5 million.
