A 27-year-old Berwick, Maine, man is charged after allegedly speeding at 100 mph and fleeing police on I-95 in Seabrook.

The crash happened at mile marker 72.4. As of 7:30 p.m. Thursday, all lanes had reopened to traffic.

Connecticut State Police said Wednesday that Interstate 95 south was closed between exits 91 and 90 in Stonington because of a crash.
