Indus Realty Trust Inc., a developer of industrial properties and warehouses, has completed the purchase of land off the American Parkway in Allentown for $3.9 million.

The second variance was a “special use” appeal by Blackstone Structures LLC, which seeks to demolish three existing buildings at 960, 962 and 966-9 68 Hamilton St.
