“Kraven the Hunter,” a Sony Pictures release that hits theaters Friday, is rated R for “strong bloody violence and language.” Running time: 127 minutes. One star out of four.

Since the web-slinger played a pivotal role in Kraven's story, debuted in The Amazing Spider-Man issue #15 (1964), many are curious if Spider-Man will appear in Sony’s Kraven the Hunter.
