A 28-year-old Orangeburg man is facing multiple charges in the death of a Claflin University student over the weekend.

Two parents died early Tuesday morning when their vehicle struck the back of a dump truck on Interstate 95, according to S.C. Highway Patrol Master Trooper William Bennett.
