You can find some roadmap templates in the PowerPoint’s online library ... You can now add the text to the diagram to show milestones and phases of a project in your roadmap.

Then, select Options to open the PowerPoint Options panel. Tick this checkbox to show the vertical ruler and remove the tick from the corresponding checkbox to hide the vertical ruler.
