PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- Marching bands and elaborate floats moved through the streets of Pasadena as the 131st Rose Parade drew hundreds of thousands of spectators on New Year's Day.

Friday, on a new episode of "We Call It Imagineering," Disney revealed new details about the parade, including the finale float, how they designed it and the music for the nighttime spectacular.

To take a free look at the Days of '47 Parade floats before they hit the road, they'll be at the Mountain America Expo Center Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The floats will be part of the parade in downtown Salt Lake City on Thursday, July 24, at 9 a.m. For more information, visit the Days of '47 Parade event page.

This year's parade boasts more than 100 entries, featuring musical performances, floats, and the renowned Syrian Shriners.
