Over the next few months, Grainger will spend time getting with his handler, Sgt. Biggins, before beginning certified training with the North Carolina Police Dog Association, according to KPD.

Meet Grainger the newest member of the Kinston Police Department. He’s their new therapy dog and his main job is to put a smile to everyone’s face. And lets say he’s off to a pretty good start.
