The Merrick County Sheriff’s Office was called to a two-vehicle crash near Highway 30 and D Road in Merrick County on Friday.

Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly Rankin County two-vehicle crash. The crash happened on MS-18 on Saturday around 12:20 p.m. Authorities say James Williams III, 39, was traveling north on Will Stutely Dr. when it collided with Curtis Jones, 73, and passenger, Ruth Jones, 72, who was traveling east.

One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Montgomery County on Friday evening. The Montgomery County Department of Police said a white Ford and green Acura collided along the Whites Ferry Road area near the intersection at Partnership Road.

A crash involving a semi truck and a vehicle has left three people dead.That crash happened on Thursday, Feb. 20, on I-75 near mile marker 103 in Crisp County, according to the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office.
