Several lanes are blocked after a wreck on I-285 south near Highway 166, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

An estimated 20-car pileup in heavy fog on the Highway 166 offramp from Interstate 5 injured more than 10 people and closed the roadway for three hours Friday morning.
