The menu is available between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Do remember to take a walk along the promenade as the sun sets beyond the iconic Gateway of India, which is a few metres away from the restaurant.

The gourmet Gilded Age experience features a prix-fixe high tea menu served alongside the private train car of 19th-century captain of industry and Standard Oil founder Henry Flagler.
