Fred Storey said he made his finding after a three-person team evaluated Mensah-Bonsu, 26, of Boston, who was charged in May with attempting to kidnap a child at Union Station in Hartford.

The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced that the by-election in Ejisu will take place on Tuesday, April 30, following the passing of John Kumah.

The by-election at Ejisu has been occasioned by the death of the NPP Member of Parliament, John Kumah. John Kumah who was also a Deputy Finance Minister, died on Thursday, March 7, at the age of 45.
