Tata, the Indian carmaker, has now launched the Harrier.ev in the country, at a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The electric SUV competes against the likes of the Mahindra BE 6.

Tata Harrier EV: Price Expected. The expected price of the Tata Harrier EV ranges from Rs 24 Lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 30 Lakh (ex-showroom), depending on the model and features chosen.

Another major difference is that the Harrier EV gets a 14.5-inch infotainment system, which is larger than the 12.3-inch unit of the regular Harrier.

The Harrier EV employs two electric motors – one on each axle – and while exact specifications are yet to be revealed, Tata had said both motors together will produce over 500Nm of torque.
