MEMPHIS, Tenn. - There's an Extreme Heat Warning and a Heat Advisory in effect for the Mid-South. Limit your outside time as much as you can the next few days.

This will be our hottest week of summer so far, but another round of tropical moisture will bring back the cooling downpours by the end of the week.
