Knights junior Haley Meyer picked up two of the titles. The former Kee (Lansing) athlete ran leadoff on the Knights' champion 4x800 relay that clocked a 9:25.90 time and won by nearly three seconds.

Meyer warns that donors may start to pull away if Haley's losses continue unabated. "Donors don't like wasting their money." As for what's next for Haley, Meyer said it's going to be an uphill battle.

Ellie Meyer ran for Iowa Falls-Alden. Haley Meyer also secured her spot at nationals with a season-best 2:12.14 time in the 800 meters. Meyer was runner-up to Augustana's Lina Maatouk's 2:10.64 time.
