Carolina University’s ambitious campus growth initiative has come with a $9 million price tag for the HanesBrands Inc.’s global headquarters.

Tinto will feature interior seating for more than 100 guests on the main floor, and it also will feature a second-floor private party room along with outdoor dining space on two levels.
