Richmond's top cop at FBI's local field office has been sidelined after political controversy surrounding a domestic terrorism memo.

Gary DuVal appointed county engineer for Goochland DuVal comes to Goochland from Richmond, where he spent 29 years with the city’s Department of Public Utilities and Department of Public Works.
