BERLIN: A German woman accused of a mass stabbing attack at a train station in Hamburg was to appear before a judge Saturday, while the number of victims wounded rose to 18, police said.

Hamburg police said they have arrested a 39-year-old German woman, who they believe acted alone in carrying out the attack at the city’s Central Station, after a major police operation.
