Toney is accused of putting his hand around a woman's throat, squeezing "with enough force to cause her to be unable to breathe," according to police documents obtained by FOX 5.

The free-agent receiver, a 2021 first-round pick of the New York Giants who has also played for the Browns and Chiefs, was also accused of obstructing a 911 call.
