A woman was stabbed and killed inside a home in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood and a man was arrested in Vancouver, Wash., according to Portland police.

A stabbing investigation is underway in Southeast Portland after police previously called in tactical and crisis negotiation teams to the area early Saturday afternoon.
